I do not understand this problem. If more money is needed for the Chicago Public Schools and the schools are funded by property taxes, then raise the property taxes in the City of Chicago.

My children go to Oak Park and River Forest High School, which is one of the best high schools in the United States. My property taxes are high. But, my kids go to an excellent school and 25% of the students are black.

I think the problem is just people wanting the best but they want someone else to pay for it.
