It has always been about the workers-immigration that is. Yet, some are easily distracted from that reality and fall prey to the discussions that center on "illegality" and other regressing definitions.

People come here to work, to survive. Employers, always looking for an angle to maximize profits, exploit the (deliberate?) weakness in the system and hire the immigrant workers for less than what he/she would have to pay for a "legal" worker. The workers do not depress wages, the employer does.

It is all about workers. It is assuring to see it finally defined on a national scale as such.
